Have these details ready so you can complete your listing in one visit:

High-resolution photos:

one cover image and clear photos of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, views and shared amenities. Original JPG or PNG images are recommended; aim for at least 2,000 pixels wide. Only upload photos you have permission to use.

Property details:

listing name, description, location or map link, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, maximum guests and amenities.

Rates and fees in USD:

nightly, weekly and monthly prices, seasonal rates, minimum stay, cleaning fees and any extra guest charges.

Availability:

your exported iCal (.ics) calendar link from Airbnb, Vrbo or your booking platform, if available. Copy the calendar export link, not the public listing URL. We will configure the calendar after review.

House rules and useful notes:

pet and smoking policies, arrival arrangements and anything guests should know.

Your contact details:

your full name, email and phone number so we can follow up about your submission. These contact details will not be displayed on the public website.

Your listing will be saved as a draft for our team to review before publication.
