Each of the two bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and A/C (only the bedrooms have A/C units). Our home has an open floor plan, comfortable furniture, art, and gorgeous views of nature to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Short-term and long-term contract available!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with flatware, dishes, glasses, storage containers, pots, pans, and appliances to support whatever culinary adventures you have in mind. The utility room is also nicely-appointed with full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, mop, broom, etc., as well as an initial supply of cleaning products (for longer stays, you will need to restock these if you need more). The third bathroom is also attached to the utility room.
The building is just 6 homes, one per floor. There is no elevator yet, so be prepared to use the stairs. Our unit is on the 2nd floor. We are also sometimes asked about whether the pool is private; as described in the listing, it is shared. However, with only 6 homes, it really is not very busy at the pool and terrace. We like to call it “semi-private”, as there is a very good chance you may never see anyone else there!
